We provide a FULL REFUND via store credits for all flower delivery orders (not including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day orders) more than 60 minutes late from the end of the time slot. For example, should you have selected the 11 am to 5 pm time slot, we will refund you via store credits if we arrive at 6.01 pm, but will not refund you if we arrived any time before 6 pm. FULL REFUND VIA STORE CREDITS will take place only after we send a driver to collect the delivered bouquet from you or your recipient.

Full refund for flowers deemed as not fresh only applicable if more than half of the arrangement received is not fresh. For all others, it will be subject to to company’s discretion on a case by case basis. Farm Florist makes the final decision on whether or not an arrangement is deemed as not fresh and not suitable for sale.
