Disputes and Complaints


Being unsatisfied with your order can be really frustrating. For all complaints that require a claim due to your disagreement with our customer service officer regarding her resolution of your issue faced, you may fill up the form below. We will get back to you within 5 working days.

Before proceeding with this form, kindly note that we will not provide compensation for the following:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by customer during online order / Refusing to pay re-delivery fee as a result
  • Order arriving within the promised time slot, but customer demanding compensation because he or she requested for a more specific time
  • 1 or 2 flower fillers are different from the photo
  • Customer demanding new card be sent at no cost due to typing error by the customer
  • Wanting to cancel the order on the day of delivery / Wanting to cancel due to us not being able to change address, time slot, or other details of day or delivery.
